What we do…

NWI was founded in 1998 as an IT and billing consulting firm and outsource agent to Verizon for support of their commercial Usage Management System (UMS), their commercial high performance, high volume mediation and pre-billing solution for tier 1 carriers. 

Installed in tier 1 telecoms in Europe, Africa and Japan, UMS remains the only “end to end” mediation and pre-billing management system of its kind, capable of handling the massive volume and diversity of network event management requirements typical of tier 1 telecom carriers around the world. 

In late 2006, NWI acquired worldwide marketing rights to UMS, which has been renamed NEPPS, Network Event Pre-billing Processor Solution.
