Network Services - What We Do

How can NWI sell a carrier’s network services for
less than carriers themselves? 

Competition was introduced in the US telecom market in the 1980’s.  When this happened, carriers set up separate wholesale and retail sales organizations for selling network services.  The purpose of the separation was to create a “level playing field” between new market entrants and the incumbent carriers by requiring carriers to sell their network services to their competitors at the same wholesale rates they sold them internally to their retail sales organizations.  

Advantages of buying network services through a Reseller.

  1. Reseller’s low overhead = lower rates to the enduser.  For example, most Resellers don’t have their own sales organizations.  Instead, they work exclusively through agents.
  2. Resellers are not required to sell to the consumer market which is costly and offers low or no significant profit margins to incumbent telecoms.
  3. Resellers provide one bill for all services from all carriers.
  4. Resellers provide one customer care telephone number for all services.
  5. Resellers are “advocates” for their customers with carriers in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
